Collection of desired days offThis application is for customers who have registered "Synchroshift".* Even if customers who have not registered for "Synchro Shift" download it, functions such as shift management cannot be used.After installing this application, log in by entering the base information, ID, and password issued from the browser version "Synchroshift".You can easily register and apply for desired holidays with intuitive screens and operations.Requested days off are automatically counted by the browser version of "Synchroshift".You can check the shift table created by the shift manager from the calendar screen.The following 3 steps to apply for desired leave・STEP 1: Tap the date you want to rest from the calendar screen.・STEP 2: Enter the application details on the details screen and tap the “Register” button.・STEP 3: For the registered desired holidays, tap the "Apply" button on the application screen to complete the application.[Main functions of Synchro Shift]1.
Aggregation of desired days offYou can collectively manage the desired holidays aggregated through this application."Synchro shift" will automatically adjust even if multiple staffs desired days off overlap on the same day.Shift managers can check, approve, and modify desired days off that have been applied by staff and automatically adjusted by "Synchroshift".2.
Create a shiftThere are two patterns for creating shifts for "synchro shift".◆ Manual shift creationWith the shift table creation function, you can see the number of times each staff member works and the number of people assigned each day, so the screen makes it easy to visually grasp the status of staff assignment.In addition, shifts can be registered in "Synchro Shift" by entering shifts for each staff in a dedicated CSV format and importing them.◆ Automatic shift creationShift creation, which used to take several days (dozens of hours at most), can be greatly reduced at the touch of a button.*The automatic shift creation function can be used by customers within 3 months of initial registration and customers who have registered for the paid version.◆ Feasible shift automatic placement function pattern・Always take a day off on the day after night shift work・Shift placement with positive circulation*1 in mind・ ◯ Arranged so that employees do not work continuously・ Arranged so that they do not work for more than 0 consecutive days・ Place new staff so that they do not work alone, etc.*1 The shift arrangement that is conscious of positive circulation is the optimal shift arrangement for work style reform, in which the start time of work on the previous day is gradually delayed in consecutive shift arrangements.

Print the shift table and download the CSV dataYou can print the created shift table on paper.You can also download the CSV format and register the shift schedule by importing it to "HRMOS Attendance" of another companys attendance system.5.
Full-time equivalent (planned/actual linkage)A full-time conversion table can be created automatically by entering actual data from another companys attendance system "HRMOS attendance" into the dedicated format of "Synchroshift".Customers who have other companys attendance system "HRMOS attendance" can automatically create a full-time conversion table by API linkage.* The API linkage function can be used by customers who have registered for the first time within 3 months and customers who have already registered for the paid version.-------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ----------------------*In this app, you can only use the "application function for desired days off".
